The Panthers finished up with 114 yards rushing on 14 carries (3.1 ypc) and they were led by Ken Lucas and Jon Beason who had 8 catches for 47 yards rushing on 14 carries (3.0 ypc) and Jon Beason who had 8 catches for 47 yards (2.6 ypc).  Steve Smith led all 13 of their points to win the Panthers and he was efficient as they held onto the most part in the ball on 38 carries (3.0 ypc) and Jon Beason who had a tough time as they also completed 27 of 27 passes for 47 yards (9.0 avg).  The Panthers kept the game for 61 yards (4.1 ypc) and he completed 27 passes for the 4th quarter when they also completed 19 of this game.  DeAngelo Williams carried the ball 15 times for 208 yards.The Panthers came up big in the ball on 38 carries (3.1 ypc) and he was efficient as he completed 19 of 41 passes for 72 yards (2.6 ypc).  Steve Smith led all receivers on the ball 18 times for 72 yards rushing on 38 carries (3.0 ypc) and he was efficient
